ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to meticulously prepare it. Order processing depends on item availability and payment approval. During high-demand periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.

SHIPPING

We provide Standard shipping Canada-wide for 9.99 CAD$. Enjoy free shipping for orders over 150 CAD$. Shipping fees for other regions and express options are calculated at checkout.

After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email containing a tracking number. All orders are shipped from the Greater Montreal area.

While we cannot control shipping logistics, here are typical shipping times:

  • Canada and USA: Delivered within 2-7 business days from the shipping date.
  • Europe: Delivered within 7-15 business days from the shipping date.

By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge that SQULTED is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit. If you encounter any issues during transit, please promptly contact the shipping carrier.

Please note that SQULTED is not accountable for deliveries to incorrect addresses. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided checkout address is accurate and complete.

Please be aware that international deliveries may incur additional delays, customs fees, and taxes. SQULTED is not liable for these charges and delays. Customs fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: If the customer provides incorrect shipping information, they are responsible for any additional delays and associated costs for reshipment. No refunds will be granted.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that errors can occur. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at

info@squlted.com as soon as possible to confirm its cancelation. Once shipped, we cannot cancel your order, but you can return it upon receipt.

RETURNS

SQULTED accepts returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

There is no service charge. However, please note that original shipping fees, duties, or other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to quality issues.

Returned products must be in new or undamaged condition, without stains, perfume odors, deformities, and must be in their original packaging. We kindly request that you try them on OVER panties or undergarments. Returned products will undergo inspection, and returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

*Please note that products with discounts exceeding 40%, free gifts, bras, and underwear are not eligible for our return policy.

Finding the perfect shapewear can be challenging, but we're here to assist you. To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer care team at info@squlted.com with your order number, your exchange/return request, and receive the return address.
  2. Once you've sent your package to your local post office, inform our team of your return tracking.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the return's status. If approved, we will refund the original payment within 7 business days for the approved amount.
